Non changing of cartage of our water purifier after renewal of AMC before more than one month

I have renew my AMC of my water purifier model Megna Doctor RO+UV purifier. Machine sr. No. is 1228910176024689. But company did not change the cartage of the machine. Every time they told that they would send technician within two days when we contact them. We have to purchase water from outside and to spend plenty of money on it. The connection is registered with mobile number 8109390915. Kindly help us.
