Not got the refund from Flipkart, ordered Redmi Note 3 from Flipkart

I have ordered Redmi Note 3 from Flipkart on 11th Dec. but for some quality issues I had to return it on 23rd coz they cant replace it with another model that it was not in stock so they have to refund my money . but till now my money is not redunded to my babk account . I have ordered the phone wirh sbi rupay debit card . I called them so many times but they are giving me new date after date. They gave me 10th dec. And assured me refund will be given in my account by 10th dec 3pm . I will see what will be happening? But first they gave me some ARN number(30001063596346105570734) they told me to go to bank and tell them this number and track my payment but When I went to SBI (Darbargadh branch) they told me to contact flipkart coz they cant help me with this infact they dont know what is this arn number. So I have to call flipkart customer care and they gave me 10th jan date and assured me but I think this is some kind of fraud .
