i want to return the product. but zipker do not answer my phone call.how can i return product. They don't even check my mail.the product is totally different then they have shown.order id is:100056892

    I ordered a gown from zipker.com which is delivered defected and also it is not the same product as i ordered. My order number is 100061583.
    I tried contacting on the numbers they have provided but they are always switched off. Kindly help me get the product returned and my money refunded. I would like to take strict actions against such a fraud company. Even the email address they have provided is being shown as invalid. Kind help me through this.

I complained and sent the mails to customer care / escalation but did not received any response.     I bought a dress from zipker.com but the dress material was very bad and the dress was also bad and colour is opposite ,,,I have mailed them to return the product and they are not even replying to the mail... I have written the mails and calls around 7 to 8 times but they are not responding at all its been almost a week but I have got no reply from them ... So that is why I am writing the complaint.... Pls chng my dress
