Dear Sir,

The gas connection is in my mother's name. Today I received a call from your customer care lady. I was in a serious meeting. I picked up she immd asked for Rani.

I was in serious meeting I replied as wrong no.
Then she told she is speaking from Radha gas service.I thaught I should take it ask asked to proceed.
Now the language used was very hurting (Tumko tumhari maa ka naam malum nahin Kya)
Very indecent and hurting language.

I request you to please don't keep such people in customer care who don't even know how and what to talk to customers.
