Hi,
I have booked Jupiter ZX (Disc) through paytm on 24th may 2018 and selected dealer was kalamkar motors hadapser , And I got vehicle from shirley TVS showroom mundwa last week on 27th may , I have submitted all my document and did full payment but did not get Paytm 2500 cash back till now and also dealer is saying he didn't receive any amount from paytm and he is holding my RTO and insurance documents.

I have raised this issue so many times with ticket numbers 70027642 ,69196503 to paytm care but they didn't resolve the issue. I called them mail them, sent so many messages even I tweet them but no action has been taken by them always they are saying we are working no estimate date they are providing to me. I want my whole money back or resolve my issue as soon as possible.
