Complain against the most horrible service and experience I have ever received..From yr Panasonic service provider Mr Tulsi Kumavat who replaced the part megatron after a week I called him to come and check and the problem continued to persist
I kept.calling him And Tulsi reply was standard I m busy will call u when I m in the area chandivali I kept on calling and his response was today I m in yr area will come to visit ...His visit never came it is now more than six months ....But no action
Is this the service Panasonic provides to yr customers...With people like Tulsi ....As yr appointed agent in Mumbai Andheri east u will never have satisfied customer's
