we put an order for a shoe rack with housefull.com. It was promised to be delivered by 13 dec. but was never delivered. after constant follow ups they said it will be delivered on 18th dec and then 23rd dec and then 25th dec. We asked for cancellation on 20th dec, but they now say that they will deduct 750 for cancellation. we asked for a confirmation mail and date by when the money will be refunded but no mail came. Not sure if I will get any money back. Checking reviews on google, I found similar complaints from other customers. It seems like they are runing a sham website, whose modus operandi is to take orders and make money with cancellations or send poor quality stuff.
