Keep delaying to refund of cash back

Ordered an mobile handset through Amazon.in under the 10%or 1500/-max cash back offer on 9th August under order # 403-2433386-1333937

Delivered handset after 10days.

For cash back offer, Amazon.in informed that this cash back amount will deposited by 10th October’2016.

After several follow up with Amazon.in, they informed that Amazon.in team didn’t update bank for cash back & they requested to wait for till 17th October’2016.

Again, after the 17th October’2016 when I follow up with Amazon.in, they said same story & requested to wait for 24th October’2016.

After 24th October’2016, following up with Amazon.in, again same story & asked to resolve this issue in next 7days.

Checking after 7days, Amazon.in repeating same story & informed that by 5th Nov’2016, this will be solved & amount will be credited in account.

After 5th Nov’2016, Amazon.in repeating same same same same same same same story & assuring to solve in next 7days.

For this matter, I followed up with them several several times through telephonic call & emails, even I spoken with
Amazon high authorities, and giving assurance to solve this, but not making paying back.

Hence, I came to seek help from “Jago Grahak Jago and action to solve my matter.
