Business account,transaction missing

I have a business account with paytm using it from 3months have experience as my customer did the paytm on my account it's been done successfully but it is not updated on my paytm account and have no update with money on my account and no information for the entire day. As there is no one to help me no customer service and the manager been out of line speaking very technical and asking me to come to Gurgaon and disconnected my call and not answering my call any more. The below number is of manager from Aurangabad and the guy who have open my account,both not responding.
