Idea Cellular do not have Volte support for its 4g network. But the customer care person is telling us that we can receive or make call on 4g network. My mobile is not supporting the instant change in network that is 4g to 2g or 3g to complete the call. Hence most of the call drops and didn't connect. Everytime you call customer care they will misguide you and keep telling that you can make call or receive call on 4g network. Technically 4g network do not support call function. Its only made for high speed data connection. By telling this Idea is hiding drawbacks of their service and do not want to reveal the truth. I have 2 different call recording of the same. As per my observations if you register on 4g network manually then you can not make a single call means 100% failure, but Idea customer care is not ready to accept the truth.
