Hi, This is Dhananjay Singh. I am very old user of mobikwik from 2012. This is much ridiculous & shameless to write email to you. Your employee is intolerable to deliver service to the customers. Mobikwik had initiated refund of my money on 20 Jan 2016 6:25:46 PM, Transaction id “528cba5eacf3c” Amount 1402 INR. It had more than 10 months I haven’t receive my refund yet its very panic to me. I had contacted infinite time to mobikwik phone support, create a ticket and send a bank statement to documents@mobikwik.com but I was not get single time resolution. I spend much time and money to call your customer’s support I am tired now and I going to propagates your bad services to all the feedback website’s and raising a complaint against to your company at (MCA.gov.in, online consumer forum, india.gov.in many others..) because of your company’s bad services. Now a day even governments services is much better than mobikwik service. I forgot to use mobikwik because many of the companies provide much better services to your company like PAYTM, Oxigen Wallet. I am using these wallets and I am happy now.
