Hi, I am shweta agnihotri, started an online business of women's wear, I looked for a web developer on justdial, Mr. Devesh from India TCA (Mob: 9911301944) called me regarding the same and given me a quotation stating 2 website (mirraw.com, bluestone.com) designed by their company (as required by me). I gave my project to him on 27.08.15, he committed me to deliver my project on 15.09.2015. I made payment in advance and now he is not picking up my phone, inspite of several reminders on mail, he is working on very low pace. I want my money back, and want him to get delisted from just dial, so that he can't trap any one else.
