I purchased my combo of Samsung 20000 mah power bank with 6 port usb smart charger thrugh OID369681.
But after received on dated:26-04-2016 and used it not satisfied it will not charged till date nor the power bank
itself and not my 2230 mah yu yuphoria 5010a battery single time.
Please give me full detail to retrun it. And retrn it.
On 30th April 2016 I received mail from support@chupchaplelo.zohosupport.com
Please share your issue with product image and order details within 3 days of delivery from your registered mail
id only.
Then I mail the image on 01-05-2015 and on same date they mail me
"Dear Buyer, Your product is lying under no warranty and no guarantee Which is already mentioned on product page.
So we can not refund or exchange the product.
I am so shocked. i also in contact with prescribed mobile no.09311118993 time to time with them about return
procedure and return the product.
