Hello Sir, I am Kalvinder Chauhan from Vadodara(Gujarat). my Address is 24, Ranjitnagar, Near Danteswar Talav. Mob:9712883233. I have got a job in private company in vadodara at Collabera TACT in NOV(2017) where my salary account was open by the company itself only in which i got Debit card and Credit card also till today date also my credit card is not active even a single transaction is not done me. They are always sending a bill continuously in every two month. Last in Jan 2019 I went to bank to close my Credit card but they didn't co-operated with me, I continuously went there for three days still my credit card is not yet closed. Afterward they started sending person at my home in evening time and the bank person started arguing with me to settle down with half amount without showing any ID card or proof of HDFC. I also informed them not to come at evening time but the condition was still same. Saurabh Rana is the person who opened my account but till now he is also not responding to me.I am totally harassed by this credit card peoples. ON 5th of August, 19 I received a notice of court to settle down the bill, due to my office hours I was not able to go to bank. So I sent my husband and father in law to solve my issues of bank , but when they went to bank. The Bank people started misguiding them sending here and there asking them to visit this desk or that. Also they went to the head office of that branch still the people were not co-operating with them. They replied them that they don't have any concern regard the issues. My husband also called the concerned person mention in the notice whose NAME is ANKIT AHJOLIA (BANK OFFICER), but he was not present there and as they called him he Ignored the call and Disconnected the call without listening. Sir kindly solve my problem and m hoping for the positive feedback and hoping for the positive feedback to my concern.
