Unnecessary delay and keep telling lie, I ordered a book on amazon.in

Hi, this is Gaurav. I ordered a book on amazon everything was ok but the courier boy name i dnt know but his contact number is 9024543331. He made a phone call and asked he my address at 10:30 am and after verification of my address he told me that i will be reaching by 11:30 to you nd requested me to stay at the location. Nd now its almost 3:00pm. I called him many time and he is keep telling me with in 5 mint i am reaching. Its a harashment to a client. I left all my work behind and weighting for this courier boy. And i asked he why you told me to weighy at the location.then his reply was - sometime custmor cancel the order if will reach to the location and amazone not paying for cancellation. I was surprised to listen this type of stupid answer.

Sorry to say but this is my last order nd deal with amazon else you should change the courier.
