My name is Deependra Pareek resident of A55A , Nemi nagar, Vaishali nagar, Jaipur , Rajasthan. I have arranged to get a courier booked with Professinal Courier services from Jaipur to Bangalore on 12th June
2018 for Bangalore . The reference no for the same is JPR 900244846. The packet contains my
medicines and hence to ensure that it reaches to me at Bangalore in shortest time , we used
Professional courier company services .
This was delivered on 21 June 2018 , in 10 days time .I have been following up on
this since 19 June and there has been very poor response from your end . In fact the response
from you 19 June indicates that till this date the consignment has yet not reached Bangalore .
The purpose of using Professional courier services for fast delivery has been totally defeated. I have been forced
to suffer mentally and physically due to this poor service from your end . What is the fun in using a courier service when the consignment is not delivered in 10 days time .
I need a compensation for this as caused by your poor and unprofessional services . I have
suffered physically , emotionally and mentally in all respects .
