Dear Sir,
We are booking a parcel on 03/08/2018 for TATA MOTORS Jamshepur with docket no R91100085099 but still date the parcel not deliver ,parcel deliver for we are informed Branch,Regional,Cooperative offices & discuss with CEO EVERY all failed for my parcel deliver .
Delay deliver to our approx 15000/-rs loose & our Organization image down,courier service very poor .
We inform to E-MAIL deaily base but no response for our problem.
Please action & reimburse our loose payment .
