It is with a great pain that we are writing to you for the difficulties faced by us in using your services where total inefficiency is causing us serious problems.



Due to delayed deliveries of documents sent through your courier service which has caused us serious financial loss and also legal hassles. Courier service means delivery in the shortest possible time to various destinations.



For your information and records we are your clients for the last many years yet the services are deplorable. We now call upon you to pay the damages of Rs.1 lakhs to compensate us for the losses suffered due to your negligence. One such instance happens recently, copy of the same is attached herewith.



We expect prompt reply and satisfaction to us.
