MANAGER at siddhi vinayak suits,
SUBJECT :-This complaint is regarding about bad behaviour of delivery man of "TRACKON" courier services.

Today, the delivery man who is also the owner of this branch at narnaul came at my place to deliver my parcel.
But when i asked him to deliver it at my doorstep of the shop, he denied.
i requested him very politely that please deliver it at exact given address but he denied that.
HE also behaved very rude with me.
then he cancelled my parcel and passed the wrong information that i denied to take the parcel.
I want that TRACKON COURIER take this seriously and they should have to take an appropriate action against the BOY.
The name of the boy is Omprakash and his contact no. is 8950359796.

please take a strict action as soon as possible and also i want my parcel.
