Its socking that after 15 days courier not received

And i have contacted to Ms.pooja mehta on her Mobile no 08287636696 but she is very rudely and misbehavior language, As per your system showing our packet on on there since 29 th june and she is saying call to customer care, and also saying you can write email anywhere for complaint..?? Its not good for reputed company, customer already harassment for delay shipment after that your staff answer unnatural style..?? why not we register a complaint against trackon to consumer norms act. delay and deliberation shipment and rudely use language.

And your customer care number also show peace not pickup or always busy 8448097652, 51

So, you are requesting please give us solution asap.
