First thing my courier was not delivered to my Kalyan (Mumbai) address, it was returned back. Secondly same courier is lying here in Yamunanagar DTDC franchise ( Code-178; New Hamida Colony)from 02-September-2017(as per tracking system) & still the person is unable to found the same.

Is my important courier is lost ?

I am not getting response nor through nor through e-mails.
