Regarding refund

I ordered a product from shoppers Stop

The pruct was used in a bad shape so I asked th for exchange but instead of it they are not exchanging it they will be refunding the money. They are refunding me 499 that too in a gift voucher unknown which doesn't exist.
The actual cost is rs 2476.

I want the full refund on my original payment method that is upi
