Got a defected tshirt from a shopping mall

I bought a color plus tshirt on 29 June 2021, base white colored, it had a pocket whose stitching is open, they gave me 30 percent discount on purchase of 2 tshirts , I am a regular consumer of this product. This is quite surprising this time , please try to look in to this matter as soon as possible, I will be highly grateful.
