I was booked Kashmir tour package from fantasy travels & make full payment of Rs.70000/- through NEFT (seventy Thousand) as per instruction of Mr.Pratik. But last movement (before 5 days remaining to tour they ask that booking is not possible due to internal issue and agree to refund of all amount paid by 31 may-16. as on date they are give only commitment that today evening or tomorrow morning refund credit to my bank A/c. But no any progress.I am request you to please help me to all my amount of Rs.70000/- back
