I was given free credit card as a doctor five yrs ago.in first statement I was charged for insurance which I never asked for.I have never done a single transaction using card.I immediately cancelled the card& asked them to reverse back the insurance via. E mail.In last 4yrs I did n't get any letter.Now again after 5 yrs they r asking to pay 10500rs.the card is hdfc credit card
