Replace (or refund) for Air cooler as it's not working properly

I have purchase Voltas Air cooler around 3 week ago. The cooler has issue related to swing function, it's not working.

Same has been highlighted to Voltas team. Initially they had send technician to repair but later on technician found it's motor not working.

For same I need my Cooler to be replace with new one else my money back since it related to product quality issue as I received faulty product has been deliver to me.

For same I approach customer care still no response from there end.

Please assist on urgent basis before summer passes.
