    i had ordered for a bird perch from grabmore.in on the 23rd april 2016 by paying them through credit card. when I receive the product, it didn't have the hardware for fixing the perch to the cage.
    despite repeated calls and mails, nothing is getting sorted out. at the end, I requested for a return/refund, which also has been ignored.
    a classic example of a website harassing its consumers!!
