Not refund for ONU device.

This is to draw your attention towards pathetic user experience in Paschim Puri area.

Since 2 Months I have raised a request for upgradation to fibre but nobody contacted for installation. Your website mentions that 30 days is the maximum time yoy take to effect this.. Is that a lie you are telling to your customer...
I can see that most of people using Excitel fibre but Local regional partner did not contact even once for upgradation...
Looks like it is your local regional partner which is deciding to which customer to entertain first.. which is really unfortunate if you really want to see yourself grow as brand....


After I lost all my energy to follow on this I raised a request to refund the money I have paid for ONU device but that request is still pending from around 25 days.....

I am really wondering if that's how you treat you customers for more than a 3 year now.. How would you treat a new customer???

Here are the two tickets I have raised for your reference...

Ticket:4086838- Upgradation to Fibre
Pending since 45 days.

Ticket- 4277770-To refund amount paid for ONU device.
Pending: since 24 days.

I would not hesitate to mention this in my social circle as you are really lacking the most important this in corporate which is called Commitment
