Mattresses not replaced

I have purchased a bed and a mattress from Jai Guruji Form. After delivery I saw that they have not polished bed properly and given me defective bed. And same matters is very bad quality. Even after knowing the fact I had given full payment and the asked him to replace my mattress as it is not useful and due to mattress my backache increased. But now they are not replying me..Even they have given 10 years warranty on bed and 2 years warranty on matters. So request you to please do the needful.
