Fraud Company-Money Deducted, Item not delivered

Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered a Spin Mop on 30.4.2020 from this site JaldiFatafat.com, as most of the e-commerce sites have stopped taking orders during this lockdown period. But this site was not showing any such message, rather promising a fast delivery before ordering. I paid Rs. 699 online and ordered a Mop. But as soon as I ordered they sent me a mail that we have limited service during this lockdown. There was no update from them for so many days. So, I send them a mail requesting to cancel my order and refund my money. But there is no response from them despite many reminders, nor there is any option on the website to cancel out my order. I understand there situation due to lockdown, but I have a right to cancel my order and get my money back. So, finally submitting this issue to NCH for necessary action, if possible. I have come to know that there are thousands of complaints against this e-commerce site. Plz look into this matter. Thanks and Regards!
