CHEATING/FRAUD/PUTTUNG LIFE IN DANGER

I had problem of gas leakage from gas stove few days back i cdnt connect to the person belong to my indane gas agency so i checked in to google n came across the person whos number was listed in the site.Out of panick i decided to call them he said he does gas stove repair n solve leakage problem.next day morning he sent his employee who came in very hurry n checked tte stove n found leakage from two valves immediately without inspecting the complete stove n replaced it with two local valves telling me that its branded as u have KAFF company stove n cost me 800rs fr each valve ,400rs his service charge n hardly did any servicing and 160 rs more for changing the gas knobs telling me your knobs are old n of diffrent colours ,so total he charged 2150rs from me. then i recived a bill showing two years of warranty of the changed parts and one free sevice.
after he left then again there was again much more stronger smell of gas leakage in my entire house i called that person he said i will my guy in the morng .next day i called him he cant come since he is not well i tolf him to send someone else after my repetative calls he didnt send someone to check though he had given two years warranty of those changed patrts i request him that my house will catch fire as its leaking gas very severly now after your person chaanged the valves bt it didnt bother that fraud guy and after sometime he stopped responding to my phone calls then i msg him bt no reply
i was scared somehow next day i managed to call the another person from my indane gas agency he came n thoroughly checked the stove n found leakage from the replaced valves which were done by that fraud guy
it was local n damaged valves another leakage he found from the gas pipe so he changed all those leakage n damage parts.Finally the problen was resolved by the indane gas agency person
now, i want my money refund from the FRAUD RAJU GAS STOVE REPAIR WHO HAS CHEATED NOT ONLY WITH MONEY BUT ALSO PUT MY WHOLE FAMILY IN DANGER
I WANT A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM SO THAT THEY CANT DO THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE IN FUTURE.
AND I ALSO GOT A LESSON FROM THIS INCIDENT NEVER TO RELY ON SOME UNKNOWN LISTED IN GOOGLE WEBSITE ESPECIALLY IT IT RELATED TO SERIOUS ISSUES,ALWAYS CALL AUTHORIZES PPL
