I PURCHASED ONE CELL PHONE FROM M/S AKASH TELECOM ON DATED 02/06/2017 SHOP IS AT 610, R.N.C ROAD, SUBHASHGRAM, KOLKATA - 700147. PROPRIETOR NAME INDRANIL BABU, MOBILE NO. IS 9831241596 / 9830959669 ETC.. BUT THE PHONE WAS NOT OK AND WITHIN FEW DAYS THIS WAS RETURNED TO AKASH TELECOM. HE SEND THE SAME TO VIDIOCON SERVICE CENTRE. TILL NOW I AM NOT GETTING CELL PHONE OR ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE OR MONEY RETURNED.
