Replacement of the Faulty Vehicle(BIKE) forcibly sold Showroom.

Hi,
I would like to bring your attention that the VIP joramandir,VIP Road,Jyangra, Baguiati, Animesh Suzuki kolkata Showroom sold me a defective Suzuki Gixxer Sf Fi Triton Blue vehicle on 21st April 2017.
I am detailing the scenario below:
The day 21st April 2017 I went to purchase the vehicle, before making the invoice and delivery I took the test ride of the vehicle along with their technician who actually drove the bike and i was the pillion,while driving I found the Check Engine Light was constantly on, which indicates some issue relating to the engine.
When I pointed that out the fault to the concerned person Kunal Halder and the technician who was driving the bike they then assured that it's not an issue,the light was on due to some settings in the digital meter. Still I told them to change that vehicle and provide me with another new one as I was found the vehicle faulty itself and was not satisfied with it.
I always have the right to choose a different one in the showroom and not take the faulty bike. That time no invoice or bill was made,still they refused to change that vehicle and sold the faulty vehicle forcibly to me by telling it's not an issue and it's a feature and it's due to Fuel injection system.
When I drove the vehicle again,the same engine issue popped in and the engine light was constantly on while driving, I went to the showroom and I was sent to the Baguiati workshop by Kunal Halder, where I found the mechanics totally unaware of Fuel injection Technology and was unable to say anything fruitful,still they were telling engine light stays on in Fi engine,it's a feature no need to worry.
On 3rd May I went to the Animesh Suzuki Agarpara showroom and service centre where they confirmed that the engine light should not be on while driving, and I told them to replace the bike as it was a faulty one and i pointed out the same before delivery and till 3rd April no registration or tax token was done yet. Your showroom refused to do that and their mechanic first tried to fix the issue but no luck,the issue remained the same. So the Mechanic suggested that they need to open the full bike and check manually as they dont have required diagnostic tool that is required for checking the Fi engine.
I was stunned hearing this and talked to the Sales Manager and he routed me to the General Manager Mr.Prasanta. I told him the full scenario and told him to stop the registration process if initiated and told him to replace the vehicle. But still he was on the opinion that they would fix the issue manually or by any means,i didn't have my consent on that and still now I want a brand new one and don't want the bike which was having a fault from pre-delivery.After repeatedly telling the showroom didn't provide me another new bike.
This is an illegal practice from your Showroom’s end.
I am in a total mess after buying the bike in cash Rs 111000 and now the bike is at Animesh Suzuki Agarpara BT Road Branch .I am not going to take back the faulty vehicle at any cost whether they resolve the problem or not.
I just want the bike to be replaced as soon as possible and I repeatedly showed them the problem before purchase and now I feel cheated by the Dealer Animesh Suzuki VIP Joramandir Showroom. They shouldn't have sold me a defective product that is already having a technical issue which was pointed before delivery.
Please take necessary action for replacing the vehicle as soon as possible and update me about the present status.
Please treat this as priority.
