Not taking any actio, purchased medicine (Kudos-IME9 tablets) through e-bay.in

Sir,
I purchased medicine (Kudos-IME9 tablets) through e-bay.in. After ordering I had an appointment with my doctor who advised me not to take the above mentioned tablets. I tried to contact the seller but in vain. Then I complained to ebay.in, but they also are not taking any action. ebay.in customer service people are saying it will take 48 hrs, then again after more than 48 hours they are sayinf it will take 72 hours and now after more than 72 hours they are saying 10 days. How much should I wait, if they say to wait for 100 days should I wait till then?
I want nothing but atleast Rs. 10000/- for all the trouble they are giving me
