I had purchased a Honda Amaze Car from M/s Lally Motors Pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana vide Bill No.59 Dated 31.08.18 with bearing chasis No. MAKDF55BGJ4006503, Engine No.L12B44019445 and provisional regn. No. PB-10-GX-6222) in the name of my daughter Richa Gupta. At the time of pre-booking of the car I was assured that a corporate discount of Rs.4000/-would be allowed to you being a Govt. employee even if the car is named on your child. Later on when all the formalities completed and payment was made they refused to allow the corporate discount with the plea that the beneficiary is not a Govt. employee. I had objected that it is a betrayal with the consumers. Further, the bill was generated in their khanna company's name and thereafter it was told that the bill was raised wrongly and I was given Ludhiana branch bill (No.346 Dated 31.08.18). The company had provided the original RC of my car on 13.11.2018 with the incorrect my name. I pointed out to the company for incorrect of my name. But, they told me to return the RC and they would make the correction of the name from the Registering Authority. I had surrendered the original RC on 19.11.2018 to the company. Till today, I have not received the original RC with the corrected name. In this connection, I made various complaints through e mails to the company’s head office as well as to M/s Lally Motors Pvt. Ltd. about the corporate discount and not delivering original RC but no concrete decision has come out.
Through this letter I request you to intervene in the matter and instruct the company to allow the corporate discount of Rs.4000/- and deliver the original RC without any fail alongwith a compensation of mental torture.
