American Tourister - Not replacing bag under warranty

I purchased a bag of American Tourister brand from Noor collection shop no. 32 Model town Jalandhar. It came with 3 years warranty but bag cloth ripped off near stiching after 1 and half year when I went to get it replaced shop owner Mr Manjit Singh pushed me out of shop and misbehaved with me. And told me to go to consumer court and he will not refund or replace, then i approached company but all in vein so please help in getting justice. I have got bill warranty card which he try to snatch from me and tear it.
