Today I placed an order of Biryani of Rs.111.75 fine I see the delivery boy start comeing to my home with the ordered dishes ager some time zomato has cancelled my order without any information.when I see the status of cancellation I call up the concerned delivery boy what happen to you why you canceled my order he told me before I reach your place the order has been canceled by the zomato company. He also says that kindly contect to the zomato company for refund.
I ask to zomato to refund my money they say it will not refund. My questions arise that why they canceled the order with out any information.?
Kindly look out the matter and do the needful action. And arrange me to refund the amount plz.
