Bus Service, bus conductors does not will to provide bus tickets to the passengers

The bus moving from Howrah to Amtala, bus no (C-37),it is very surprised to see that the bus conductors does not will to provide bus tickets to the passengers unless asked for the ticket irrespective of taking the full bus fare for the destined stoppage. This has been happening regularly and i myself am a victim of the so. And also tram tickets being given instead of bus tickets and then leading to ugly arguments between the passengers and bus conductors.Passengers like us availing the same bus daily face the problem due to which it is leading to a complaint.
