Dear Sir / Madam, On 23.01.2018, My wife Zeba Ali and I Azharuddin Sheikh, ordered a bedroom set from Home Wood, price of the set was Rs.105000 and I paid an advance of Rs.15000. After few weeks, the Chandan Gupta said that this bedroom set will not fit in my bedroom and I can take another one. I did not like any other bedroom set from his store, so I bought it from somewhere else. He said I can take some other product from his store as he cannot refund the token money, so I decided to purchase a Multipurpose Unit, product number SB-4S which he said it will be delivered shortly. Days, weeks and months passed by but he is not delivering the product. When I call him he does not answer the phone and switches off the phone if I call more than 3 times. When I go to his store in Avani Mall. he is never there and his staff says that he will deliver the product shortly. On 01.09.2018 I went to his store again but as always he was not there, his staff spoke to him and he said that he will deliver the product on 26.10.2018 else he will return the money. On 02 January 2019 we went to Shibpur PS and logged an FIR against him and the office spoke to him, again Chandan has promised that the product will be delivered on 31 January 2019 which I still doubt that he will keep his promise.

He is just making false promises that the product will be delivered. I have all the copy of receipts and the note where it is mentioned that if he cannot deliver the product he will refund the money. All the whats app chat where he has ensured me that the product will be delivered which has not been yet. I am really at a loss and its more than a year, he is just giving false promises. Now, I really dont feel like purchasing anything from him. I just want the refund of my money. Please help me. I will await for your response. Regards, Azhar and Zeba
