Selling damage and dummy products

He have shop in Indore Novelty Market shop no 1 Name mobile time.

He sell dummy without mrp products and misbehaving with consumer if product have problem.

I have purchased a huawei mobile wifi hotspots device from his shop on year warranty but the product not work even 1 day so I went to replace aur claim warranty he misbehaving with me and not replace the product.
