Regarding Temporary electricity dues

Temporary connection taken by Builders in the year 2016 has been added by MPEB in electricity bill in current year. We have not taken possession & not having any agreement with builder during that period. We have also make application to MPEB & officer as well & also all required details of builders we have provided

We are not liable to pay the amount of Rs 10000 as temporary bill of past years.
