Complaint against Hathway broadband regarding denial of service after charging money

I have a Hathway broadband connection. I recently recharged my account for the next year with a yearly plan. I have work from home job and two members in my home are studying online. That is why we took the broadband connection. Now, the internet is going out of service for 3-4 times a day daily. I am unable to contact their customer support most of the times. When the call is get connected they resolves the issues temporarily. And then ignores my complaint thereafter.
