Bill against lost and unused credit card

Dear sir, one person filled the form for credit card, after reciving card, my father not used and approx 10 month ago it was lost, but still messages and call are comming to my father to pay this bill. He is not able to pay this amount please close this account and communication from credit card side.
We don't have card no also. My father name is phoolchand Sharma, registered mobile number is 9406761457
