Make fraud with selling dummy products

I have purchased a huawei company wifi hotspots device on 11 September 2021 over 2500₹. They didn't provide me the GST bill also no mrp mentioned on product box.

Now product not working and I was facing issue so I have gone to the shop and request for replacement because they have mentioned 1 year warranty in cash memo bill but he doesn't agreed to replace.

Please help me
