Asking extra installation charges, I purchased inverter split AC from Vishal sales Aligarh up

I purchased inverter split AC from Vishal sales Aligarh up MN 7895828748 on 30.04.19.with free installation scheme from company. I have not purchased the AC wall stand and extra copper pipe from the above shop and arrange personally .After the installation of AC service center technician is asking RS 200 for fixing stand and RS 700 for extra pipe .I feel it will never be company policy but cheating by service center. Please let me know the company policies for the same.
