TV NOT WORKING SONY Bravia buy from Sanhu Agencies, Lucknow

I had purchased a TV of Sony Bravia on 4th Nov 2012 from Sanhu Agencies, Lucknow



After 2 years we are facing the issues in TV of auto switch off.

Last time 4 to 5 times logged a complaint that TV off automatically and unable to on after several attempt

We already change the cable, port etc. from our end Still it is not working from last few days

Sometime light blinks twice, thrice and sometimes 5 times but tv didn't on.

We are losing our patience as well as our Tata sky payment

We don not have any more tv apart from that because of that kids are creating mess at home

It not easy to control our patience after investing 70k for branded TV

We have lost trust and all kindly support if possible to solve this issue within a week or change with new one

Kindly arrange the person who can take it with service centre and bring it back because we don t have time to manage these things

Overall sony experience is worst Thats all

I have logged complaint again on 21 aug with complaint no 34060523

48 passed but no call or person visited that's Sony worst performance

Now days micromax n other brands giving less prices n best service with customer satisfaction.

Now Sony is just Sony not a brand.

Still Hoping for response n result or replacement

I have sent several mail but still no call n response.
