Delay in delivery of courier by ondot couriers service provider and cargo ltd

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Parcel was booked with courier service provider On dot Couriers & Cargo Ltd. on 12-07-2016 by Tibetan Herbal Herbal clinic Mc LeodGanj Dharmsala (H.P.). The Parcel Contains Medicine for Cancer. As i trace the status on 15-07-2016 at www.ondotonline.in it seem it is out for delivery. but it was not delivered till 23-07-2016 so after many of wait and the medicine of patient was also finished and due to critical disease I can not take any chance by gap of dose, I use to send one person to collect the medicine from clinic at Mcleod ganj by private vehicle. The Parcel was deliver on 25-07-2016. delayed by 10 day as hold without reason at the company side.
You are requested pls take action as it having medicine of cancer this is more valuable for a life.
