Amazon not refunding and delivered a wrong product

I ordered a product Amazon brand multi kadai on 1st April 2021 order I'd 402-2832747-3814734 and got a wrong product delivery on 3rd April and when I call your customers service they asked me for the photo of the wrong product which I received at that time I asked them to replace it but they said no replacement is available only return and refund is available.so they create the return and refund of 4th April.at the time of creating return your customer service agent said ok don't,sorry for the inconvenience,you will be 100 percent refunded your money back after the return.i believed on them and returned it on 4th April 2021 and even the return pickup agent didn't said any thing but when I didn't received my refund till 9 th April I call your customers service agent they said wait till 12th April you will get your refund surely but when I called you on 12th April 2021 they said you will neither be refunded nor the correct item will be delivered of amount 895. I raised the complain against this fraud but not resolution, at last I contacted social media team so that atleast you can help me out in this. See I am a school student I have to look towards my studies I don't have time to waste in your company and since I have returned the same product as mentioned in the photo below I request you to refund me please
