Mistakenly Agreement Accepted and Asking for Utlity and Maintanence Charges

I was looking for Work from home so one of the consultancy contacted me for IT Track Technocrates(SILICON TECHNOLOGY) They gave me an agreement to sign in which it is written that if i am not able to complete their task or if i faild to submit the task then i have to pay 7100/- Utility and Maintanence charge and if i am not able to pay that fine they will put a criminal case on me . after reading this i mail them that i am not interested to do work but mistankely i have accepted the agreement but i told them the consultancy telling me to accept the agreement and do the further process. then they contacted me through this number 7096197902 and telling me if you will not pay this amount within a time then they will do case against me in gujarat high court and charge a penalty against me of about 200000/-. then i have to pay them 7100/- because of fear of court case. i don't know what to do. i have a recorderd conversation between me and that legal department employee.
