Prepaid product not delivered but showing delivered and no response is taken from Ajio

Hi I ordered many products from Ajio on 27 september as 1 recived all the products inspite of the order I have no t received which is showing delivered but there is no delivery done .I have alredy paid for the product and now they are not talking to me trying from many days to reach them out.
